How to get here
Drive south from Phuket Town along Road 4023 (Sakadidit Road) in the direction cape Panwa and
Phuket Aquarium. Stay on the main road. From that main road there are two alternate right turns.
One is through a village and the other one is around the village (the routes are depicted below).
The first is small road Soi Ao-Yon Khaokhad (refer to Google map route n.1 below). Note in this route
the road number changes to 4219 at Phuket fuel terminal, near the deep sea port.
Drive along green hill side and beach road for 2.7 kilometer and you will arrive at The Waterside on
your left.

The second and faster alternate way (refer to Google map route n.2.1 and n2.2) : along Road 4023 there are a few turns that
connect to Soi Ao-Yon Khaokhad. A turn shown here is where you see signs on your right showing Panwa Beach Resort and Cloud
19 Hotel (see picture below). Take a right turn there and follow the street to a T junction, where you will turn left. You are then on the
same beach road and continue to the Waterside on your right.
Further, if you have a GPS or mobile phone (with GPS functionality) enter the following Latitude and Longitude for the Waterside:

connect to Soi Ao-Yon Khaokhad. A turn shown here is where you see signs on your right showing Panwa Beach Resort and Cloud
19 Hotel (see picture below). Take a right turn there and follow the street to a T junction, where you will turn left. You are then on the
same beach road and continue to the Waterside on your right.
Further, if you have a GPS or mobile phone (with GPS functionality) enter the following Latitude and Longitude for the Waterside:

- There is reserved parking for one automobile for the unit.
- We can recommend a maid for regular cleaning, laundry&ironing and delivery service.
- Expenses such as water, electric, maid service, are the tenants expense.
- We cover the condominium fees, standard South East Asia pest control expense, air-conditioner maintenance,
building insurance, Internet, cable tv.
- We recommend for long term stays that you rent a vehicle so that you can quickly access grocery stores and Phuket
Town (15-minute drive to Phuket Town). There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and with a vehicle
there are many many restaurants within a 5-to-10-minute drive.
Rental Pricing Information
- The minimum duration we will rent is one month (consistent with recent Thai law guidelines).
- Price will be dependent on the lease duration and the season.
- for example low season (1 Apr - 31 Oct) of 88,000 baht/month and high season (1 Nov - 31 Mar) 149,000
baht/month (negotiable for longer terms). Let us know your desired date(s) to stay and we will give you a quote. - We are happy to negotiate a very significant rental price reduction for a one year or longer lease
- The Unit will be available from now until spring/summer-2019
